When I enter applicant info I've had trouble getting accurate results in the past on the credit analysis report because i haven't always entered the “total income” and “rent amount.” Please tell me the correct way to enter them. Is it monthly or annual amounts? Also, should the income include the co-applicant?

Diane,

When you enter the amounts at the bottom of the background and credit report screen they should be monthly totals. This way income doesn't far exceed the rent amount and throw off the ratio.

If you are running a co-applicant enter their income separately. They will have a credit rating report of their own.
