Perhaps your applicant can provide you with his employers, or his previous landlords name and contact #. These people can at the very least let you know what kind of tenant he has been and if he is gainfully employed. If you are interested; we can do this for you. simply go to http://www.rentingauthority.com , login, and select the “Past Rental history and Employment Verification” option. These reports are done for $6.00 each.
