Michael,

For a tenant to pay rent online this is what you need to do:

·         go to http://www.rentingauthority.com and login (using your email address and password.)

·         select the Website Builder option from the left column.

·         take about 5 min. to create your website. Fill in the needed data for:

1.  Home Page

2.  Photo Gallery

3.  Contact

4.  Settings

·         When you get to the settings section you will need to pause and go to http://www.docs.google.com and create an account with them. it is free and only takes a min. to do. you don't have to start a new email account either.

·         when they have replied with your url enter that in the settings section.

·         now go back to the “landlord toolbox” and select the “online rent pay” option.

·         enter your bank information (Where your rent will be deposited)

·         tell your tenants the address of your site and that this is where they are to pay rent.

·         THAT'S IT! YOU'RE READY TO GO!
