If you get a membership do you have to sign a year contract or is it just the $9.95 a month plus what ever other products i buy and no other charges?

The upgraded membership is a monthly fee of $9.95 that is automatically deducted from your account, and can be cancelled at any time. The upgraded (or Gold Membership) qualifies you for discounted prices on background and credit reports. Free lease agreements and other forms are available to you as well as Property Listings, Website Builder and OnLine Rent Pay. There are no penalties or obligations associated with the Gold membership. Just let one of our customer support representatives know when you need to cancel.
