What are the rules for paying taxes in Arizona.  Is it to the State or the Federal Government or the local City in which the home is in?  If you receive 1,000.00 per month in rent and the amount going out to pay the Mortgage is 995.00 is there taxes due on the 5.00 or is there tax due on the entire 1,000.00  Whe are the tax monies due.  Can you pay them when you do your taxes yearly?
