I have run into some financial difficulty and am considering renting out my house for a year.  Someone who is interested is going thru a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy but states she is changing it to a Chapter 7.  does anyone know about the risks involved in this?  She has a good job and she already told me her credit is shot.
