My fiance is a landlord, and just found out that his tenant was very loud and violent.  He heard this from his downstairs tenants of the same house.  He is now wondering what to do.  His downstairs tenants just had a baby and are afraid that if they call the police, the tenant will harm one of them.  Any advice?
