Can i get a lease agreement without knowing the tenant yet? i need the lease in case he wants to sign. It seems silly to have to know all the info of a tenant before he signs.

Hi Tomas!

I imagine you'd like to be able to sit down and fill it out with them. To create a lease that you can “fill in the blanks” so-to-speak all you have to do is put dashes or x's in the required fields. Then when the lease generates save the dcument to our computer and edit out the x's. Now when you print it there will be empty spaces for you to fill in together. Be sure to make a copy of the signed form for both parties.

Good luck with your rental!

Shawndra
