Hi, we're new to renting. And we sent a rental contract over email, and we signed it, and left the dates empty for them to fill in. It's been a couple of days and they haven't sent it back signed yet, and say they're working with their other landlord. Can we cancel that since we signed it already, or how long should we wait to get the contract back??
Thanks, Jennifer

Hi Jennifer,
I would suggest deciding on a time frame and sending them an email or calling to let them know how long you will entertain the offer.
Good luck with your rental!
