My son moved in his girl friend after he had his apartment for over 3 yasrs and had her put on the lease. Two weeks later she says she is pregnet with his baby. They go look at engagment rings and the  whole family is excited. A month later she says it might not be my sons baby and she just wants to be friends. This is not going to work and I need to know if there is a way to get her off the lease so he can kick her out and move on with his life without losing the apartment to her after he has been there for 3 years. She should be the one to move. Are there any clauses that might be in our favor to do this and get her out.
