what do I ck for month to month rental agreement?
under lease type which one is considered month to month if any?

Desiree,
When you are creating the lease agreement and it asks what type of agreement it is you will notice that the space provided is actually a drop down menu. Scroll down and select “monthly with automatic renewal “
