I am not sure what type of lease agreement I need to rent out 2 of my 4 bedrooms in my home. I live in the master bedroom and have two extra rooms that I have for rent. How do I set up a lease agreement with someone that is sharing my home? What should be included? HELP.

You need to customize the lease and spell out in detail which areas are common areas, limited common areas even within the house. Hours must be set for everything. It gets more complex, people need more clarity about which areas they can use and when, especially in the kitchen area.
