I'm trying to set up my online rent pay and have a question regarding ascending fee. What is ascending fee?

Ramon, and ascending late fee is an additional per day late fee charged on top of a late fee. Example: rent is late after the 5th, there is a $50 late fee. Every day after the 6th there is an additional $15 late fee per day.
