My name is Jullyn Boatwright I have been renting apartments since I was18yrs old I am now 36yrs old, at one time I even purchased a rent to own property but when the closing time arrived I didn't have the remaining balance to buy it so I lost everything I invested in it. I am now a stay at home mom my heart aged a little faster than it should of which left me physically disabled. After working for major corporations for 13yrs. I have worked for Time Warner cable for 4yrs and Deluxe Check co. and Cingular Wireless. I have had to get used to getting a quarter of what I used to get. I have the asistance of Section 8 which is a program for disabled or low income families, now by the grace of God I recieve a once a month lump sum that pays all my rent a total of 675.00 a month for my modest three bedroom. I also recieve 700.00 a month from disability for my household needs so renting property fortunatly isn't as hard as some people, but my luck ends there I have been here for three years and lived at my rent to own property for three years also before having to move from there. And before that a beautiful renovated home that was a historic home It was the most beautiful home I had thus far. The unbelievable high ceilings and winding stairs case actually made me feel like a queen for three years I would have utility co. comenting on the home when they did meter reading. My four children remember it like yesterday and occasionally asks me if we will ever live some where like that again. The owners gave me three months to find something else because Section 8 program dated the house as more than 100yrs old so they demanded all paint to be tested for lead and repainted instead of the landlord wanting to put that much money for repainting into the house he asked me to leave. Now every home I moved in since I enhance the house with my interior design and the landlords beg me to stay but I am unhappy no matter what I do to a home since living some where so beautiful it has forced me into seeing doctors now for antidepressants, that helps me xcept my life as is and not concentrate so hared on what was before . At my age with all my health aliments I just feel I will never find anything so beautiful again if there is anything you can do to enhance my life with improving the home I'm presently giving almost 700.00 a month to by moving some where better than please respond to my e-mail I don't know if your even in my city Syracuse Newyorkiof so than please do respond if not I am wasting your time and you are wasting mine please do not continue to respond if you can't help my current situation..
