Hi, I am having a big problem with my 1st floor tanant. She is a cronic complainer and the tipping point came with both myself and upstairs tenants last evening. Basically, she is insulting, harrassing and making life difficult for my other tenants and myself. How do i address this?

Hi Kelly
I would start with a written communication regarding the “house rules.” A letter is much more difficult to agrue with. If the subtle reminder of acceptable behavior doesn't offer some improvement you might want to consider eviction on the grounds that she is costing you business. Insulting and harrassing your other tenants may cause them to move out.
