I've only been a landlord for about 6 months, so I'm really new at this and could use some advice.

I have been trying to schedule a time with my tenants to visit the property to inspect some recent plumbing work that was done. (The toilet was replaced after repeated back-ups). I've also been trying to get together with my tenants anyway to discuss some “issues” they are having (which they have not disclosed to me). Initially I sent an e-mail trying to schedule this, and I got a “blow off” response stating that they are too busy and cannot find the time to get together. I responded to that saying that it's important to schedule something soon to resolve these issues and to take a look at the plumbing job. I've heard nothing since and am being completely ignored. I've even left voice mail stating that the non-comunication is becoming a problem and we need to resolve this sooner than later. The lease states that I can access the property if I give reasonable notice. I notified the tenant that I need to visit the property this weekend. Still no response. Can I just show up? I'm beginning to get suspiscious that they're hiding something.

Your help is much appreciated!
