You can email your tenants, keep their information even after they have left your rental. The address book is a simple way to stay connected.

How to use:

Add Contact

Click on the green plus icon located in the upper right hand corner to add a new contact.

Email contact

Select contact(s) to email by clicking the envelope icon next to their name
Click on the envelope icon with a green arrow (top right corner.)

Edit or delete contact info

Click on the edit or delete icons when you need to edit or delete a contact’s information.

Make notes

Enter info about the tenant, the property and the lease
