    I think it depends on at least three things:

    1. The type of property you are listing.

    2. The type of client you are looking for.

    3. What your timeline is.

    I think lately Craigslist has been quite successful.

    Also beware and don’t assume. Whether you are doing the listing or looking for a place, both hold true. Online listings are a great way to spread the word and to provide a framework, but I wouldn’t want to completely accept a tenant or a place without the face to face.
